Who Are We?
PDW Group (UK) Limited is an established business and training consultancy formed in 2004 by Jim and Elan Thomas, and based in the East Midlands. We are a family business, with a genuine passion for what we do, and hugely client centric. Our last client survey told us that we achieved a client advocacy score of 85% using the net promoter score, which means we provide service levels comparable with some of the highest in the world.

How Do We Do It?
We improve the performance of our clients' businesses by advising and implementing key initiatives in two core areas, people and behaviour and environmental factors such as systems, processes and tools. If businesses get these two areas right, it will typically have a disproportionately positive impact on results, which we call 1+1=3.
We operate from our 'state of the art' development centre in Nottingham, working with our clients on experiential learning projects to maximise behavioural change in the workplace, as well as building bespoke web based systems and tools to improve efficiency and reduce cost, plus much more. We believe we are a unique business in the UK, and furthermore we are committed to exceeding our clients’ expectations at every opportunity.
