Senior Performance Development Manager
Christine is a Senior Performance Development Manager at PDW which day to day means she facilitates workshops, conducts 1:1 coaching, looks after our clients and brings new clients on board.
Christine loves working with all of the delegates that walk through our doors and she transforms their behaviour and their lives. Christine is passionate about people development and she is curious to understand other people’s worlds and help them be the best they can be.
Outside of PDW Christine is a petrol head. She loves all animals, going to the theatre, eating great food and exploring new places.
Board Director
Elan is one of the business owners of PDW Group. She brings vision, Strategic and commercial thinking to our clients and the people she coaches.
A down to earth, realistic approach to life along with a sense of humour. Enjoys swimming, yoga and being in the moment.
Client Success Executive
Gemma is our Feedback Services Executive which day to day means liaising with clients to set up their Client feedback, People Engagement or 360 survey, managing the surveys and working with clients right the way through to sending the report over.
Outside of work Gemma has two young children who keep her very busy! But once they are in bed enjoys getting stuck into a good Netflix series.
Head Of Client Services
Lara is a Performance Development Manager and is passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their goals.
With her experience in Retail Operations, HR and L&D she fosters the growth of others through 1:1 coaching and facilitating workshops. She’s consciously curious about everything around her, this curiosity helps Lara stay ahead of trends and anticipate changes in the future.
Lara’s interests include yoga, films, music and growing her own fruit and vegetables.
Head Of Finance
Lisa is PDW Group’s Head of Operations & Finance and is always happy to help out and go that extra mile for our clients and colleagues.
Her interests are going out, socialising and travelling.

Particularly good feedback from the team on all the practise sessions as this really brings the theory to life – and a great team helping to do that.
Good structure, very well facilitated and the combination of project and personal skills training meant that it was easy to see how the personal skills could be practically applied.
