Carla Brown

Head of Business Development

As the Head of Development at PDW Group, Carla Brown leads the company's new business strategy with a strong focus on growth, innovation, and long-term partnerships.

With a wealth of experience in business development and strategic leadership, Carla is passionate about helping organisations unlock their full potential through the PDW Group's tailored solutions.

Carla plays a key role in identifying new opportunities, building lasting client  relationships and driving the company's expansion into new markets. Carla's expertise in business strategy, combined with her commitment to delivering bespoke solutions, makes her a vital part of PDW Group's ongoing success.

Outside of work Carla loves to spend time with her husband and rescue boxer dog Lola, going on walks and adventures together.

Gemma Bailey

Client Service Manager

Gemma is our Client Services Manager which day to day means managing the operations team and direct client project management for both Training & Consultancy and Feedback services.

Outside of work Gemma has two young children who keep her very busy! But once they are in bed she enjoys getting stuck into a good Netflix series. Gemma also regularly volunteers within her community to support local people and businesses.

Gemma recently got married and is looking forward to her annual break away with the family near Christmas time when things finally quieten down here at PDW Group!

Suzy Griffiths

Business Development Executive

Suzy is our Business Development Executive and here at PDW Group we believe in transforming the way people learn and grow. Working very closely with our clients to understand their challenges and individual needs.

Suzy is passionate about creating meaningful partnerships and is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities and building relationships whilst making sure the entire PDW experience is impactful, engaging and delivers more than imagined.

Suzy is at her happiest spending time with her teenage daughter and cockapoo and is currently learning Spanish.

Lara Rivers

Head Of Client Services

Lara is our Head of Client Services and is passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their goals.

 

With her experience in Retail Operations, HR and L&D she fosters the growth of others through 1:1 coaching and facilitating workshops. She’s consciously curious about everything around her, this curiosity helps Lara stay ahead of trends and anticipate changes in the future.

Lara’s interests include yoga, films, music and growing her own fruit and vegetables.

Peter Shaw

Learning & Development Facilitator

Peter is one of our Learning and Development Facilitators at PDW Group. This means you'll usually find him at the front of the room delivering workshops to our clients.

Having over 25 years pedagogical experience, Peter is adept at adapting to different learning styles and unlocking our delegates' understanding. He enjoys the challenge of helping people to reach their full potential and enabling them to develop how they communicate effectively with others.

Outside of work Peter loves to spend time with his family and friends; he is a keen gamer and particularly enjoys revisiting retro games from the past.

Raouf Aissaoui

Software | DevOps Engineer

Raouf has a great passion for learning new technologies and loves focusing on maintaining applications. Continuously improving our systems to the highest of standards. Ensuring it meets functional requirements and performance.

Always on hand to help with any issues.

Outside of work Raouf tries to prioritise a healthy lifestyle, enjoying healthy eating and regular trips to the gym.

Christine Hood

Head of Learning & Development

Christine is Head of Learning and Development at PDW and she is a Level 7 Executive Coach. In summary, this entails leading workshops, 1:1 coaching and heading up our experiential learning experience. With a background in Drama and Performance, Christine is keen to explore new ways to bring learning to life, supported by our team of professional actors. 
 
Christine loves working with all of the delegates that walk through our doors and she transforms their behaviour and their lives. Christine is passionate about people development and she is curious to understand other people’s worlds and help them be the best they can be.
 
Outside of PDW Christine is a petrol head. She loves all animals, going to the theatre, eating great food and exploring new places.

Keira Radford

Client Services & Events Coordinator

Keira provides front-line support to clients, delegates, and internal teams. She is responsible for managing the venue, delegate accommodation, and workshop logistics, as well as liaising with suppliers for general supplies, hotel bookings, and catering. Keira also acts as a primary point of contact for calls and general inquiries.


Outside of work, Keira enjoys creating artwork, attending concerts, and going on family holidays.
